In plain words: you pay once and may use UnikForge yourself, for personal or work purposes, as long as you like. You may not resell it, rent it, share it, or charge anyone else for access. You use your own Anthropic account and pay Anthropic for your usage. The prompts you create are yours.
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and UnikForge ("UnikForge", "we", "us"). By purchasing, unlocking, or using UnikForge (the "Software"), you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, don't purchase or use the Software.
When you complete payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes, under the terms below. The license is tied to the email address used at checkout ("Licensee") and to one individual person.
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
The Software requires your own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for your Anthropic account, for all charges Anthropic bills you, and for complying with Anthropic's terms and usage policies. We don't control Anthropic's prices, availability, or models, and we are not responsible for charges on your Anthropic account. Keep your API key secret, as you would a password.
You keep all rights to the ideas you enter and the prompts the Software produces for you, and you may use those prompts for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them and for the results you get from any AI.
The Software, including its code, design, server instructions, methods, name, and logo, is owned by UnikForge and protected by intellectual property laws; patent pending. This Agreement grants a license to use the Software, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your purchase includes updates we choose to release. We may change, improve, or remove features. The Software is a hosted service, and we'll make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing unikforge@gmail.com, we'll refund your payment in full. When a payment is refunded or reversed, the license ends and access stops.
This license lasts until it ends under this Agreement. It ends automatically if you breach section 2, and we may suspend or end it if you breach any other part of this Agreement. When the license ends, you must stop using the Software. Sections 2, 4, 5, and 9 through 11 continue after it ends.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnikForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, or for charges from any third-party provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Software. We may update it; the version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase, and changes apply to later purchases. Questions: unikforge@gmail.com.
Your Anthropic API key, your prompt library, your preferences, and your unfinished idea are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We can't see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so export your library if you want a backup.
When you forge a prompt, your idea, your settings, and your API key are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which forwards them to Anthropic and returns the result. We don't store your ideas, prompts, or API key, and we don't log their contents. Anthropic processes the request under its own privacy policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We use the email address from your purchase to issue and verify your license, to look up your purchase if you contact support, and to answer your messages.
Voice input uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Depending on your browser, audio may be processed by your browser provider (for example, Google for Chrome or Apple for Safari). UnikForge doesn't receive or store audio.
